The Company is engaged in purchasing, marketing, sales, leasing, financing and distribution of medical equipment systems. The Company is a manufacturer’s representative in various Western States for multiple manufacturers. Our corporate offices are located in San Juan Capistrano, California. We currently have 9,000 sq/ft of office and warehouse space. Also, we have a 2,000 sq/ft warehouse in Oregon City, Oregon, just outside of Portland, and we store and consign equipment in Medford, Oregon, Rancho Cucamonga, California, and San Antonio, Texas.
