In May of 2006, the Company became the exclusive distributor in southern California and southern Nevada and in January of 2007 in the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii for Nuvo Surgical. We are now representing one of only eight companies that have the ability to design, sell, and install complete operating room suites.Our company is the exclusive distributor for Bovie Medical (BVX) in the same geography for all of their electrosurgical products in the general operating room and in the GI Suite. Bovie is the worldwide leader in electrosurgery engineering. Bovie has just introduced the latest and greatest products that will begin shipping in June 2007. They have many more products and new partnerships that will strengthen the sales and distribution of SurgEquip over the next couple of years.
The Company is a master distributor for Philips Medical Systems divisions of patient monitoring, cardiology, and cardiac resuscitation in the pre-hospital market in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. The Company has become the Manufacturer’s Representative (MR) for the State of Hawaii for CRS Hospital/Wheels.
Philips Medical Imaging Systems has already agreed to use our new Operating Room Showroom to demonstrate their C-Arms to hospital users making SES the West Coast showroom for Philips’ C-Arms. Thus, SurgEquip will have a complete Philips Medical solution for surgery centers, doctor’s offices, clinics, and hospitals.
The Company represents and distributes for various other manufacturers such as Medequip Engineering Services, Inc. (Amsco/STERIS autoclaves and washer/sterilizers), Techlem Medical (new stretchers), Mac Medical (blanket warmers), Amatech, and Galaxy Manufacturing.
Finally, the Company acquires, reconditions and re-sells previously owned medical and surgical equipment worldwide. The Company has all the equipment needed to completely outfit a surgical suite and a surgery center.
